Kym Longhi, Associate Artist

Kym Longhi is a multidisciplinary artist who has cultivated her artistic vision through eighteen years of work in the theater: performing, directing and writing.  Her performing experience encompasses classical theater, experimental theater, mime and dance. Kym began her career as a company member with Actors Lab Arizona, and worked extensively with their touring and artist-in-the-schools programs. Kym pursued intensive acting training with Kari Margolis for over ten years and now teaches at the Margolis Method Center, the University of Minnesota and at residencies. She also worked as the company’s Director of Education for over two years.  As a featured performer with Margolis Brown ADAPTORS Company, Ms Longhi has participated in the development of  THE BED EXPERIMENT,  THE HUMAN SHOW, VANISHING POINT, VIDPIRES! and STARRY MESSENGER.  She is active in the Twin  Cities vibrant theatre community as an actor and director with recent projects including CORIOLANUS (Flaneur Productions) and BORDER CROSSING (Off-Leash Area).
